We are seeking a talented Research Administrator to join our team. Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer and faculty, this position will support the daily departmental contracts and grants research activity and other department financial needs.

Research Associate

We are seeking a talented Research Associate with a strong background in live cell imaging. The qualified candidate will use advanced microscopy techniques to study therapeutic response dynamics using cell lines and ex vivo explants derived from surgically resected tumors. The candidate will develop workflows that include the imaging of live tissues, image analysis and machine learning to assess drug effects in various patient-derived model systems.

Research Lab Specialist

We are seeking a talented and passionate Research Lab Specialist who has a strong interest in cancer biology. The qualified candidate will use cancer patient-derived 3D organoids to study the impact of tumor microenvironmental factors on cell behavior using advanced microscopy imaging techniques. The candidate will work in close collaboration with a diverse team consisting of cancer researchers, computational scientists and clinicians to generate and evaluate microscopy-based imaging data.

Maintenance Technician II

The Lawrence J. Ellison Institute for Transformative Medicine of USC is seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join its team. This individual will utilize their knowledge and expertise in facilities and maintenance activities to perform the corrective, preventive, and calibration work orders for our new facility in west Los Angeles. The individual will then document that work in our maintenance management system This individual will be a member of the Facilities and Operations team that is a diverse group of innovative and talented professionals who provide high quality facilities maintenance and management services in support of cancer treatment, education and research at USC. Facilities and Operations is committed to being fully responsive to the needs of faculty, students, staff and public, who are our customers. The facility will enable the Ellison Institute to house the clinic, leading-edge research laboratories, community learning, arts and education in a unique collaborative environment.
