Carly is currently a PhD Graduate Student at the Ellison Institute, working in the Mumenthaler Lab. Carly is working on an organ-on-chip model of colorectal cancer and trying to understand how the tumor microenvironment influences early metastatic spread. She received her BS in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology & Neuroscience at Gettysburg College. Outside of the lab, she enjoys being active outdoors or trying a new happy hour spot.
