At the Ellison Institute, Ellen is a Research Programmer in the Ruderman Lab, where she implements software solutions to advance research projects in areas including microscopy image analysis and machine learning. Prior to joining the Ellison Institute, she worked as a software engineer at Amazon.com. Ellen earned her BS in Computer Science and a BS in Physics from USC. In her free time, Ellen enjoys hiking, watching and playing sports, and spending time with her dogs.
