Tom Booth

Tom is the IT Service Desk Supervisor at the Ellison Institute. Tom spent 20+ years in the entertainment industry in various technology roles prior to joining the Institute. Most recently he was consulting on audiovisual collaboration projects to simplify the meeting experiences. Prior to consulting, Tom was the Director of Client Services at Creative Artists Agency where he led desktop engineering, audiovisual collaboration and IT support services for 16+ global offices and 1,600+ employees. He started in the Helpdesk answering phones and worked his way up in the IT organization by driving key technology initiatives that empowered the phenomenal growth and collaboration of the company.

Outside of work, Tom loves great food and is always on the lookout for tasty restaurants. He shares this passion with his family and they have fun creating some of their favorite dishes at home or being adventurous by trying new places and cuisines.
